GRAHAM TIEKLE

Graham’s mechanical engineering career commenced in the 1960s during military service.

During the 1970s and 1980s, he developed an Australian and US based chain of stores dealing with the off shore manufacture, importation and retailing of consumer goods.

After selling this interest he formed and operated a successful building company and he co-developed Retirement Villages during the 1990s and more recently has had subsequent consultative experience in the renewable energy sector.

Graham has been instrumental in the development of the company and will oversee  financial and corporate governance, and the technical and project delivery capability for the company.

Dr Clive Weatherby

PhD, BSc (hons) 1st, Visiting Research Fellow - University of Reading UK.

Clive’s background importantly combines both technical qualification and practical application across many solar-based businesses.

He has operated at senior executive management levels across a range of companies from incubator start-ups to listed UK operations. His specific skills for ASWS are in the areas of project management, technical design and overview, and large project co-ordination. Clive will provide the liaison between ASWS and Government, Commercial, Industrial and Mining sectors and will be closely involved in major solar systems worldwide.

PAT O`DEA

Following military service commencing in the 60s and centred on electrical and mechanical engineering, Pat practised as a Licensed Investment Advisor in the `70s.  As an extension to that, in the `80s & `90s he developed an Australia wide financial planning and mortgage origination operation.

As CEO, he developed a public funds management investment fund in 1986, which was subsequently purchased by a larger funds management group.

During the mid 90s he was the initiating managing partner in the development of several retirement villages via structured partnerships.

In 2008, he consulted on the technical assessment and viability of the introduction of organic solar technology for a US based company.

Pat has been closely involved in the strategic development of the close company alliances. He will oversee the ongoing strategic partnership development and promote turnkey funded major solar projects.
